An update about COVID-19
With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.
We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Once your order is in this process, you may not be able to make changes or cancel your order. Due to Covid-19, please expect longer time for the process and delivery.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within seven business days from the date of your order normally. Due to Covid-19, please expect more time for the process and delivery, around 2-4 weeks. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4 weeks of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sheds, Garages, Carports are shipped via a truck. They will be delivered to the curbside of your driveway by the street. We do not offer a white glove service and the trucker will not take requests to place the item at a certain location on your property. If you think that a semi-truck will be unable to reach your location or will have difficulty doing so, please contact us today via e-mail at email@example.com.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at the warehouse. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.
We offer a 30-day refund, with the exception of shipping and handling fees which we pay, as well as any associated restock fee. Any assembled, semi-assembled or tested items are not eligible to be returned. While returned products must be authorized by StorageShedsDepot.com and the product's manufacturer, some common regulations apply:
- Items cannot be used or opened.
- A return authorization, or RA, number must be granted.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from purchase. Some exceptions apply.
- Returns and cancellations are subject to a 30% restock fee.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges outbound or inbound.
- Customer makes all arrangements for return shipping, StorageShedsDepot.Com does not offer this service.
